Women’s Group 2010 update

Since January we have had a variety of activities and sessions at the Women’s Group. Mixing mental health awareness
sessions (group CBT) with physical health (teeth) and relaxation such as reflexology has been successful and the group has engaged really well.

Exercise is always popular so we are hoping to bring in more sessions over the next period.

We are re-opening the South Asian Women’s Space on the 22nd of October with a new programme focussing on well-being and health and fitness.
